Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmentally. The use of mindfulness-based techniques is linked to reductions in anxiety, physical pain symptoms, stress, and depression. CAPS will lead this first educational and brief mindfulness session.
