The Indiana University Office of the Vice President and General Counsel, with assistance from Maurer Law Students, offers will preparation services at no charge to university employees, students and parents. The program addresses the fact that more than 50 percent of American adults do not have a will, and as many as 70 percent have not designated a health care power of attorney, according to a news release from IU.
To participate in this program, you will need to attend this entire Pro Bono training, which is conducted by Indianapolis law firm Ice Miller. A live question and answer session will be held at the end of the program with Kristine Bouaichi, Ice Miller's Chair of the Personal Services Group. Lunch will be served and all training materials will be provided to those that RSVP by Noon on Wednesday, January 17th
