Interested in how the rescission of the Cole Memo fits within the Justice Department's "War Against Drugs?" Wondering what effects the Drug Wars have had on communities? Come hear Radley Balko of The Washington Post speak about the Cole Memo, the Drug Wars, and their effects on civil liberties. Mr. Balko is a graduate of Indiana University whose work has been featured in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, NPR, and countless other publications. His work has also been cited by numerous courts, most famously by Justice Bryer in his dissent in Hudson v. Michigan. Noon, Moot Court Room. Non-pizza lunch will be provided.
