A Conversation with Marcela Rovzar
Women’s Philanthropy at Indiana University and Global Arts and Humanities Festival Mexico Remixed present this afternoon talk with celebrated Mexican philanthropist Marcela Orvananos de Rovzar.
Both in the organized civil society environment and in the entrepreneurial world in the Americas, Marcela Orvananos de Rovzar is an outstanding and highly recognized leader. As a Mexican philanthropist with rich experience in institutional development and capacity building for non-profit organizations, foundations, and other institutions within civil society, she has founded organizations in Mexico and New York. She is the founder and currently the president of the Board of Directors at Qualitas of Life Foundation, an educational organization focused on financial education with the objective of improving the quality of life of Hispanic families that live in New York City. In 2018, she received the Women Leading the Way Award from Women’s Philanthropy at Indiana University.
