After adding a new web profile for the new person

  1. Go into help.soic.Indiana.edu
  2. login
  3. In the search box type in Personnel Checklist
  4. Click on Personnel Change Procedure Checklist
  5. Click the edit button
  6. Find the person you just added
  7. If they are not on the list, add a new column and type in their name in each section it needs to be
  8. Scroll down the page to the Communications section
  9. In the web directory type in your username
  10. in the WCMS enter an N/A
  11. In the Web type enter an N/A
  12. Click the save button
