The SICE Service Desk can, also, be reached at (812) 856-3325. If you are directed to voicemail, provide our team with all the information important to your request and a ticket will be created in our service management platform with the voicemail. Phone support is available Monday thru Thursday from 8:00am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-43:00pm.
