We do nightly backups of the main servers in the school, so files that are deleted can usually be retrieved from disk or tape storage media. See How do I ask for help with a technology or facilities issue? for information about reporting problems. In your request, please tell us the exact name and path to the file or directory you want restored, the date the file was created and/or last modified, and the time the file was removed. In general, the file will be restored within 24 hours and there is no charge for file retrievals.
